We are thankful to you for your continued business, and will always find ways to continue to provide you with the highest quality products and services.
In order to enhance our service quality, and cater for the demand on report requirements, iGarment is going to introduce a Report Maintenance Service for all tailor-made reports starting from 1 Apr 2012.
In addition, we are delighted to announce that, due to technology advancement, we are able to reduce the cost of data storage and would like to pass our savings directly on to you. We hope, you will also benefit from this price reduction, and be assured of our commitment to providing our clients with outstanding value and high quality services with competitive prices.
Effective 1 April 2012, the netGarment Cloud Service (on-demand) will be adjusted as below:
On-line Helpdesk Support Service Hours Change

Beginning 1st February 2012, Wednesday, the netGarment On-line Helpdesk Support Hours will change.
The new Helpdesk Support Service Hours will be 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. There will be no service on Saturdays and Sundays. These new hours will correspond to the regular business hours of our company.
