Though iWorkPMS is not designed for payroll purpose, the captured data can easily be used for payroll calculation as well as time and attendance record, further enhances the ROI.


Payroll Calculation

It allows personal file set up, simplifies salary calculation, and enhances payroll management. Most importantly, top management will be able to review various reports for further analysis and planning.

  • Employee Payroll Record Maintenance

    Establishes personal file for employee profile and details, helps in tracing and managing employee’s payroll record.

  • Workers’ Payroll Data Capturing and Calculation

    Enables salary calculation by individual piece rate, daily rate or on monthly basis based on data collected manually, via tally ticket registration or via RFID device. Through the integration with RFID solution, it further streamlines human resources management and minimizes errors.

  • Fringe Benefits and Allowances Calculation

    Takes into account a mix of fringe benefits and allowances for an all-rounded wage calculation. By using the flexible programming procedures provided by the system, users can self-define fringe benefit fields, employment terms as well as the calculation rules. The system can then automatically calculate the total salary.

  • Exchange with Excel

    Workers’ payroll information can be exported to Excel for further processing, and can be imported back to the system for report generation.

  • Reporting

    Allows to generate a set of standard reports to help monitoring progress and workers’ performance as well as calculating labour cost for a specific job:

    • Staff payroll report

Time & Attendance

The arrival and departure time of employees can be tracked via connecting to an electronic timecard machine, biometrics devices or RFID device. Its major task is to retrieve time information, to analyze such information and turn it into payroll data such as overtime pay and other allowances. The system helps to save your time and money, frees your enterprise from the burden of using punch cards and retrieving attendance manually from punch cards.

  • Time Attendance Record

    Users can retrieve the time attendance record via the devices provided by us, or through any other devices which can produce attendance record in ASCII format. The system allows re-organizing the attendance details, and managing leave records of each staff.

  • Shift Schedule Management

    It allows to set the working time according to different shifts, and allocates each staff to the corresponding time schedule. It also takes into account the staff absence reasons.

  • Time and Attendance Reports

    The system provides various reports such as “Staff Attendance Record”, “Unusual Time Attendance Report” and other management reports.
