Yes. Subscription to our products under Cloud Service / SaaS mode includes our standard support plan:
- Real time on-line help desk
- Ongoing software upgrade and maintenance
Customers can also upgrade from the standard to customized support plan to include implementation and training:
Implementation program - to help you apply the system in daily operation, get the most benefit out of it to create business value.
Training program - teach the users how to use the system.

What type of resources / programs does iGarment offer to help me through the implementation process?
The iGarment implementation team is formed by apparel experts and IT professionals. We offer customized implementation program at cost. During the system implementation period, our implementation team will work out a tailor-made Training and Implementation Plan for each customer. We will make sure the system can be successfully deployed in the customer's company by:
- meeting prior to implementation and training to understand customer needs
- establishing an implementation and training schedule that best fits the customer
- training and onsite implementation service
- post-implementation follow-up to ensure the system is running smoothly
What kind of training does iGarment provide?
iGarment provides comprehensive training programs including:
- Review of basic features and functions
- System administration such as configuration, setting access rights an so on
- Importing and exporting data
- Application utilization
- Etc.
We also offer regular system training classes conducted at iGarment training center, please contact our representatives for details.

How can the system be implemented between HK and China (including technical support and training)?
For technical support, our Cloud Service / SaaS system has a Real-time Online Help-desk button for users who need help. No matter where the user is, after the button is pressed, our support team will call the user as soon as possible. If you need additional help, Implementation and Training can be provided upon request at cost, you may also enroll to our regular system training classes. Please contact our sales representative for details.
